Animal League of Gaston County
operates the
Gaston Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic
which is located in the Lenora Borchardt Center
425 W. Franklin Blvd, Gastonia, NC 28052
The Gaston Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, low-cost spay/neuter surgeries. Everyone is welcome. There is no residency or income requirement, and we are “feral friendly”. Our clinic is a member of the National Spay/Neuter Response team. Our focus is spay/neuter.
We are very efficient and our staff is specially trained in the most up-to-date surgical procedures. Our licensed veterinarians are skilled surgeons who are able to devote their entire attention to surgeries. We are not a full-service veterinary practice; therefore, we can concentrate on performing surgeries. Because we are a non-profit, our prices are low. We are operated by the Animal League of Gaston County – a 501(c)3 non-profit.
Mission Statement
Our Mission is to promote companion animal welfare
in the community through advocacy, education and service.
The ALGC Board meets the second Monday of each month from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Meeting location is the downstairs board room at the clinic. The meetings are open to the general public and we welcome you to join us.
